A longboard is anything a skateboard isn't whilst being longer. If we were to put a number on where a skateboard becomes a longboard, we'd say the wheel base measurement cusp would be between 18 and 20", but that being said, some people are very tall, and have huge feet. The real answer is that there isn't really anything all too different about any of them considering the many different methods of transport available in this day and age. That all being said, we're going to call these longboards, and the shorter double kicks skate boards. We wanted this primary offering to cover a bunch of ground, with disciplines. The Dasher is only a DH board really, and some freeride, where the Desert Cruiser is not one we'll expect to see anyone taking up to speeds higher than 35 or 40 mph.
